Tristan Does His Job! Each day at school I get to play in small groups. I will play with my teachers learning and practicing what I know. Each day at school I also get to play centers - I choose any game I want to play! Center time is always done at 12:30. Small group is always done at 10 o'clock. When it is time to be done all the students have a job - clean our mess! Sometimes I do not want to clean up my mess. Instead of doing my job I choose to hide under tables or the beanbag. This makes my teachers and friends feel sad because I am not helping or listening and that is not nice. Sometimes when I am hiding I think about pooping but do not go to use the restroom. This makes me feel yucky. My teachers feel yucky too because they have to help change my clothes. I am not allowed to hide when it is time to do my job. When small group and center time are done I need to do my job and clean my mess. I get to choose which ever mess to clean to help my friends make our room ready for our next fun activity! My friends will be happy for me that I am following the rules. When I follow the rules... ... I am making progress to earn a purple star! I will get to have a Panther Paw! avoidance hiding Following Directions Social Story behavior
