I'm a School-Based Occupational Therapist. I've been practicing OT for 16 years, and I've been working in schools for 10 of those years. I love inclusion, independence and functional goals. Sensory needs are often overlooked in the school setting or appear to be a lot of "work" and I strive to educate teachers and staff to build strategies into their daily routines.
